Doll Cleaning - What works Best?

I seem to be coming up with more and more questions! I guess that is what happens when you discover a new hobby [img]redface.gif[/img]

What is the best way to clean the dolls? What about marker/ink marks on a doll? Can they be removed? If so, what works??

Ink is permanent I believe. I use baking soda and water. For tough stains let the baking soda sit a while then wash it off.
